L'inscription des films pour la sélection officielle au Festival Écrans Noirs est ouverte. La 30ᵉ édition aura lieu du 10 September au 18 September 2026 à Yaoundé.
Le Festival Écrans Noirs est ouvert à tous les films réalisés par des Africains, diaspora africaine comprise, en formats long et court métrage, couvrant la fiction, le dessin animé, le documentaire, la série et la web série en conformité avec le présent règlement.
The Festival also includes a competition for so-called foreign films, made by non-Africans around themes, communities or concerns related to Africa or the African diaspora. Films are submitted to the festival to be in competition or out of competition (retrospective, panorama, tribute or special selection), and are subject to prior selection.

Article V.3 — Film Duration
- Feature film: minimum duration of 60 minutes.
- Short film: maximum duration of 59 minutes.
- Series and web series: a pilot episode or the first episode, with a maximum duration of 52 minutes.
Article V.2 — Production Date
- Les films présentés doivent avoir été achevés récemment.
- Les films ayant déjà participé à une édition précédente du Festival Écrans Noirs ne sont pas éligibles.
Article IV.3 — Required Materials
- An online screening link (Vimeo, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.) with password if applicable.
- A copy of the film in high-definition digital format (H.264, ProRes or similar).
- A short synopsis (5 lines) and a long synopsis (one page) in French and English.
- A high-resolution film poster (minimum 300 dpi).
- 3 high-resolution production stills (minimum 300 dpi).
- A photo and biography of the director.
- The complete technical sheet of the film.
- A film clip or trailer (if available).
